Join us Thanksgiving morning for a gratitude and grace yoga flow. During this practice, you will cultivate feelings of gratitude and inner peace that will allow you to share kindness and grace with others as we move through this season.

Fitness Center

Open 24 hours a day, the Fitness Center provides a range of cardio and strength training equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes – including a Peloton – and TRX Suspension Training and free weights on our outdoor weight deck. Everything you need to maintain your routine or try something new. Personal training sessions may also be arranged by appointment.

Tennis

One tournament surface court is available for daytime play. Racquets and tennis balls are provided with our compliments. Or elevate your game with a private lesson from an expert tennis professional, improve the accuracy and power of your serve, and increase your strategic play.

Class Descriptions

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Synchronize breath with movement. You will learn to link the conscious breath with a mindful flow to awaken your strength, energy and flexibility.

  • Tai Chi

    Join us for a Tai Chi practice that involves a series of slow, gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind and controlled breathing. You will create harmony through the mind, body and spirit that will cultivate your inner life energy to flow smoothly and powerfully through the body.

  • Mat Pilates

    This mind-body class focuses on improving flexibility, strength and body awareness through controlled movements. You will activate the core and improve postural alignment for better functional movement throughout your day.

  • Yin Yoga & Chakra Balancing

    This Yin practice will help you connect to and balance the energy of each chakra, providing the right amount of energy for your body, mind and spirit.

  • Barre Fusion

    Get ready for a low-impact total body workout. Between yoga, pilates and ballet, this unique fusion format offers all the benefits of rhythmic movement, high-repetition strength work and athletic dance moves. Improves overall fitness levels while bringing out your inner ballerina.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    This is an invigorating, body-strengthening class that blends yoga with resistance training. We use light hand weights, body weight and gravity to keep your body and mind stimulated. As Yoga Sculpt tones your body, it also boosts metabolism, builds lean muscle tissue and strengthens your bones.

  • Yogalates

    A beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga with its asanas and mindfulness and the core-building strength and posture awareness of pilates. Yogalates is quite simply the perfect East-meets-West fitness class, which has the benefits of both yoga and pilates. You will leave feeling energized, calm and stretched in all the right places.
