Inclusive Venue Fees
Bishop's Lodge offers a flat venue fee for weddings of any size.
Larger Celebrations
For larger celebrations, over 50 people, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, dining tables and chairs, lounge spaces, bars and the amenities below:
- Glassware, china, silverware and napkins
- Event setup and breakdown
- Event staffing
- Transportation to and from the hotel to the event site for guests that are staying overnight at the Lodge
Intimate Celebrations
For weddings 50 guests or fewer, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, dining tables and chairs, bars and the amenities below:
- Glassware, china, silverware and napkins
- Wedding arbor
- Event setup and breakdown
- Transportation to and from the hotel to the event site

Horseshoe Gallery
The intimate gallery in the main Lodge is home to our Artist-in-Residence program. Sip cocktails while chatting with a local artist and admiring their work.
Stables Barn
Located at the historic Bishop's Lodge stables, this rustic covered outdoor space is perfect for picnic lunches, barbecue dinners and casual cocktail functions.

Celebrations Amenities and Options
Wedding Planner
We provide a dedicated event manager to assist with the details relating to the venue. A wedding planner will be involved at a much greater capacity. For your benefit and to ensure a seamless experience, a planner is required for all weddings at Bishop's Lodge and should be involved for a minimum of 3 months prior to the wedding.
Furniture & Linens
Dining tables and chairs, lounge furniture, bars, glassware, china, silverware, white, navy, or black napkins, event setup and breakdown, bartenders and event staffing and multiple and room dividers are included in the facility fee.
Customized Menus
For parties of up to 30 guests, you may offer an on site choice of three pre-selected main courses for a charge, with a minimum four course menu. Events over 30 guests may also select three main courses.
Celebration Accommodations
Guests may make individual arrangements. If you are interested in a room block or resort buyout, please consult your Sales Manager and they will provide pricing based on the dates, number of rooms needed and number room nights. We require a minimum of 25 rooms per night with a two-night minimum.
DJ or Live Band
Memorable events are underscored with great music. From a string quartet during an intimate ceremony to a lively Southwestern band that will have you dancing into the night, our event planners can assist with the perfect band selection.
Private Lounge Space
A private lounge space with full-length mirror is available to the wedding party beginning at 8AM on the wedding day. Many couples will also prepare their hair/makeup and dress in their hotel rooms.
