Join us for our monthly fitness experience featuring toning and energizing barre classes led by fitness instructor Britt Shimansky. Britsbarre classes are structured to develop lean muscle through low-impact, high-rep movements. Each musically driven class is designed to motivate and inspire you to move with joy as you are challenged to safely push to your limits with ample space for modification. Brit’s expertise as a former ballerina allows her to precisely demonstrate technique and clearly communicate form so that you are empowered to apply precise body alignment. This athletic approach to barre contributes to a defined physique, but more importantly, you will leave class feeling energized and encouraged.
