You can opt to have a guide ride with you or in a separate vehicle on the 3-hour driving circuit. Enjoy a suggested lunch at El Faro’s poolside seafood grill before heading back to Esperanza. Safety gear and refreshments included.

7:00 AM | Private Intention-Setting Sea Turtle Release – Let go of negative thoughts and energy as you release baby sea turtles into the Pacific Ocean and feel a rebirth of the spirit. Drive out to the nearby town of Pescadero to meet with the volunteers at Tortuguero Pescadero AC, an organization dedicated to the conservation of the vulnerable Olive Ridley, endangered Black and critically endangered Leatherback sea turtles. Learn about Tortuguero Pescadero AC’s greenhouse initiative, which incubates approximately 10,000 eggs each year, and help recently hatched baby turtles find their way from beach to ocean. A special brunch awaits at Baja Beans, a favorite among Baja locals for its fair-trade organic coffee.
12:30 PM | Cooking with Friends: Christmas Edition – Gather with loved ones to learn how to cook traditional Mexican Christmas dishes and enhance your mixology skills under the guidance of our chef. Afterwards, enjoy chilled Mexican wines, Pacifico beer and a family-style lunch where you can enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared.
3:00 PM | Tasting the Wines of California – Join us for a reenactment of the Judgment of Paris – this time, with a blind tasting between the wines of California and Baja California. Participants will taste two Cabernets and two Chardonnays from the two wine regions, and discover which wines best suit their palates. Pairings will include charcuterie, olives, Baja-Med nuts and other nibbles. Eye masks, stationery and maps will be included as amenities.
