Q: HOW DOES MY AUBERGE RESORTS GIFT CARD WORK?
A: Auberge Resorts Collection currently offers two different types of Gift Cards:

- Worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards can be purchased at our properties or online. These Gift Cards can be used at participating Auberge Resorts Collection hotels and resorts around the globe for accommodations and much more, including spa services and dining, at any facility managed by Auberge Resorts Collection.Gift Cards will not be accepted at outlets managed by a third party, and some services or facilities (such as golf courses and spas) may only be available to in-house guests. We suggest that cardholders confirm with the hotel or resort at time of booking.
- Worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection eGift Cards are purchased online on the Gift Cards page on our website. They function in the same way as worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards except that they are virtual, so they are sent to the recipient by email. The recipient may then print out a copy of the eGift Card for redemption at an Auberge Resorts Collection hotel or resort, or show it to hotel staff on a personal handheld device, such as a smartphone.
Q: CAN PAPER-BASED GIFT CERTIFICATES STILL BE USED?
A: Yes, unredeemed paper-based Auberge Resorts Collection gift certificates still in circulation may be used.
Q: CAN I BUY A CARD FOR A SPECIFIC LOCATION?
A: No, Gift Cards are redeemable at any participating Auberge Resorts Collection location.
Q: CAN CARDS BE ORDERED BY TELEPHONE?
A: At this time, retail sales of Gift Cards are solely offered online by selecting one of the options in the banner above, or they may be purchased at one of our hotels or resorts.
Q: IN WHAT DENOMINATIONS ARE CARDS SOLD?
A: Worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards can be purchased on our website in any denomination ranging from USD $200 to USD to $2,000. Retail transactions may not exceed $10,000 per purchaser per day.
Q: WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
A: When you order online, your credit card will be charged after you click “Confirm Order” on the check-out window of your completed order form. When you purchasea Gift Card in person at an Auberge Resorts Collection hotel or resort, your credit card will be charged at the time of the transaction.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CARD TO BE DELIVERED?
A: Recipients will receive eGift Cards by e-mail on the date requested by the purchaser. For printed/physical Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards, the delivery time will depend on the delivery service you choose. Within the United States, you have five choices:

- US Next-day (for delivery in 1-2 business days, with a 9:00 am–5:00 pm delivery time)
- US 3-day Select (for delivery in 2-3 business days, with a 9:00 am–5:00 pm delivery time)
- US UPS Ground (for delivery in 5–7 business days, with a 9:00 am–5:00 pm delivery time)
- Outside the United States, all Gift Cards are delivered via Expedited service (for delivery in 3-4 business days for most destinations). Due to customs and border regulations, Auberge Resorts Collection cannot guarantee international delivery times.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE CARD ONLINE?
A: The purchase limit on our website is 30 cards or $10,000, per day per purchaser, whichever comes first. If a purchaser wants to order 20 $100 cards, they would be able to.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A LARGER NUMBER OF GIFT CARDS, OR A CARD WORTH MORE THAN $2000?
A: For corporate and bulk orders, and to inquire about cards in denominations exceeding $2,000 per card, please contact Auberge Resorts Collection by email at giftcards@aubergeresorts.com or by telephone at 1 888 743 1072.
Q: DOES THE FULL VALUE OF A GIFT CARD HAVE TO BE REDEEMED AT ONCE?
A: No. Worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards and eGift Cards are designed to carry a balance. Therefore, if a guest uses their Gift Card to pay for something of lesser value than is stored on the card, the amount of the purchase will be subtracted, and the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
Q: DO GIFT CARDS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?
A: Worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire.
Q: CAN GIFT CARDS BE REDEEMED FOR CASH?
A: Worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by applicable law.
Q: CAN YOU REPLACE MY CARD IF IT IS NOT REGISTERED?
A: You must register your worldwide Auberge Resorts Collection Gift Card to protect its balance. Please select the appropriate registration link below.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
A: Contact the issuing property or Auberge Resorts Collection, and share your receipt or Gift Card number for next steps.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I FIND A CARD THAT I REPORTED LOST OR STOLEN?
A: You can discard it. Once the balance on a Gift Card has been frozen and transferred to a new Gift Card, the old card has no value and will not be accepted for payment at Auberge Resorts Collection hotels or resorts.
Q: ARE GIFT CARDS REFUNDABLE?
A: Gift Cards are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
