Check in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to enjoy a complimentary signature Grounding Botanical Foot Soak, personalized to your wellness goals. Choose your own botanicals and essences from our Element Bar to create your own custom blend. Before and after treatment, enjoy Collagen Resync and hand blended herbal fruit teas from Moving Mountains Tea Co, selected with health and relaxation in mind.

Check-In

The spa is located on the lower level of Hotel Jerome. Stairs behind the front desk lead to the spa; alternatively, the elevator in the lobby will open to the spa entry area. Please check into the spa 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to enjoy a personalized botanical welcome experience. Welcome experiences will be offered exclusively prior to first scheduled treatment.

  • Please note, welcome experiences will only be provided to guests that arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their first scheduled treatment time. We cannot guarantee service for guests that arrive after the scheduled start time of the appointment.
  • Services begin and end promptly at scheduled time.

Our intimate botanical spa has three private treatment rooms, a restful co-ed relaxation room to enjoy a glass of locally blended botanical tea and an individual steam shower for both men and women.

  • Pool and gym access are exclusive to guests staying on property at Hotel Jerome.

Adjustments

Due to limited availability, we have a strict 24-Hour Change and Cancellation Policy. Up to 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled service, we will guarantee the full cost of treatment to your payment on file. Adjustments, cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of scheduled service will incur full cost of service charged to payment on file.
