GUIDED SLEEP MEDITATION
Take a journey into your innermost bliss in this guided meditation with a practitioner from our holistic wellness destination, THE WELL at Mayflower Inn. Yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep,” explores the space between sleep and waking and helps you access the deepest layers of your being. Lying down in a comfortable position, you will be led through a meditation designed to promote rest and deep relaxation. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All you have to do is listen. You will arrive at THE WELL at Mayflower Inn and head outside to the lawn to rest on a comfortable mat with cushions and a blanket. Then lie down and be guided through the yoga nidra practice.
