Auburn University

A luxury level 32-room, boutique teaching hotel will be located at the iconic corner of South College Street and Thach Avenue with balcony views overlooking Samford Hall. Guests will arrive at a private entrance where valet parking will be offered and then guided through an exclusive library/lounge check-in experience equal to the top luxury hotels in the world. Guests will be escorted by a bellman to their rooms where they are oriented to the space, receiving a concierge-level experience.

Auburn Teaching Hotel

The hotel will include a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and yoga space. The library/lounge will serve breakfast, a light lunch, a daily aperitivo hour, and 24-hour room service. The most exciting aspect of this teaching hotel is the hands-on practical experience gained by hospitality management students in all areas of hotel operations. Their training at the luxury level, in addition to the hours they train at the existing Auburn University Hotel and Conference Center, will assure they are well prepared to handle all levels of service in the hospitality industry upon graduation.
