Solbar Receives Michelin Star for the Sixth Consecutive Year

CALISTOGA, CALIF. (October 23, 2014) – Solage’s Solbar has once again been honored with a
Michelin Star for the sixth consecutive year in the MICHELIN Guide San Francisco, Bay Area & Wine
Country 2015. International culinary authority Michelin, whose star ratings are synonymous with quality
dining, named Solbar among a very select group of 40 Bay Area restaurants, 6 of which are located in
Napa Valley. Each year, highly-trained Michelin inspectors anonymously visit more than 500 restaurants
using the renowned Michelin food star ratings system to create the restaurant selection.
