Capturing Maine's relaxed elegance, May's Cottage offers additional privacy and space while just a short stroll from Inn amenities. This charming suite features a private furnished patio overlooking the Rock Pool. A pair of plush armchairs adorn the sitting area in front of the gas-burning, natural stone fireplace. A marble bathroom with dual-head rainfall shower completes this private retreat. The 400 Sq. Ft. May's Cottage is located near the gardens, a short walk from the Original Farmhouse.
The staff is ready and eager to provide a grand experience. No request is beyond their grasp. The restaurant was delightful, both for an exquisite dinner and breakfast the next morning. Our cottage was small but just big enough, not really a suite but with sufficient amenities and a private location. The pool was not open when we visited in late fall but the cottage would probably be busy if it were open as it is very close to the pool area. Delightful and happy. Will return when in the area.
