Complimentary Morning Movement
- Guests are invited to invigorate their mornings with wellness classes offered daily. Each class is 45 minutes long and are available on a walk-in basis, unless pre-registration is indicated below. Guests are asked to meet in our fitness studio 10 minutes prior to class.

The class is a balanced exploration of the body that includes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Each class includes a short meditation and final relaxation that enables the practitioner to leave feeling grounded and invigorated. All levels are welcome.

Reset in the serenity of nature. The emotional intelligence and sense of well being gained through meditation and breathwork practices can create a greater capacity for awareness of and compassion for oneself and others.

Heal and restore with this slow paced practice. This all levels 45 minute class is a perfect compliment to an active, busy or fast paced lifestyle. Students can expect to hold seated or lying down postures for long periods of time while finding support with props. Relax on your mat, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and nourished.

Every mountain stands tall because of its foundation. A core focused yogic journey, this class is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.

Our Master Practitioner provides a serene experience with the traditional Himalayan Healing Bowl method, promoting relaxation and wellness. Authentic, hand-hammered Himalayan bowls, crafted from various metals, are used to create a truly unique sensory journey. Experience the therapeutic vibrations and tones of differently sized bowls as they are strategically placed around and on your body, fostering deep connection and healing, aligning the chakras, and transforming your body’s energy.

Breathe in the healing energy of the trees as you walk slowly along a meandering path on the Wildflower property. As the scents and sounds awaken your spirit and the light begins to open up your senses, you will be guided through sacred areas of forest, meadow and stream to experience all that nature has to offer for your health and wellbeing.

An energizing fusion set to music that begins with a centering breath focused warmup leading into stability and resistance based strength
training. You will utilize both added weight and body weight movements or a grounded and empowered sense of self walking off the mat.
Sunday | 7:30am
Begin your morning with gentle stretching and a grounding meditation, inviting a deep connection to the natural surroundings. Guided by the serenity of the landscape, this practice nurtures mindfulness and awakens the senses, creating a peaceful foundation for the day ahead. The experience begins in our movement studio and concludes on the outdoor deck, where you’ll overlook tranquil ponds and take in sweeping views of the Shawangunk Ridge.

Start your morning with gentle breathing exercises to center the mind and relax the body. Then you’ll be led through a series of mindfulness based meditation, focusing on present-moment awareness, cultivating clarity and inner peace. The session concludes with a brief period of silent reflection, leaving participants feeling grounded and mentally clear for the day ahead.

Focus on the present moment with this slow, deliberate practice. Emphasize linking breath to movement while relieving body tension, holding stretches, and moving mindfully to cultivate a sense of inner peace and connection.
