After getting to know our hoofed friends, choose from a range of equine adventures, most of which can be tailored for riders ages eight years and older.

Take a guided family hike to a gorgeous mountaintop setting to paint inspiring vistas, or enjoy a drawing session on the remote valley floor surrounded by colorful wildflowers.

Simply savor the incredible views, or turn your family trek into an educational adventure. Self-guided family hikes are an opportunity for kids to master the use of maps, traditional compasses and GPS devices, while on guided hikes, they can learn about the fascinating local flora and fauna of the region.
Surrender your digital devices and recenter together with a family yoga session. Blue Sky provides ample opportunities for your family to root down and rise up in our epic landscape. Our yoga program can be tailored for every experience level and are suitable for even our youngest guests. Enjoy a forest hike to practice yoga surrounded by panoramic mountain views to yoga in silks hung from old-growth trees.
Reap the rewards of a day on the farm, as a family or as part of the Little Vaquero's Club. Families can live a day in the life of a farmer. Activities follow the seasonal planting and harvest of vegetables in the greenhouse and in the fields. Follow up by feeding chickens and collecting eggs, before a team lunch with farm staff. Take your newfound skills back home to foster your own green thumbs.
Learn the basics of working with bread dough – activating yeast, kneading, proofing, blending flowers and herbs into the dough, and forming and baking a delicious loaf of crusty focaccia. As your bread rises and bakes in the oven, our lead Baker guides you in the creation of flavorful farmer’s cheese – a creamy companion for dipping and spreading.

Designed with families in mind, each one-bedroom, 900 square foot suite can adjoin with another suite for expanded space and flexibility - doubling the number of bedrooms, bathrooms (with soaking tubs), and living rooms that overlook spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The outdoor fireplaces on each patio are the ideal location to unwind and share stories of the day.
