Relax in one of our private poolside bungalows, swim-up cabanas, or many plush chaise loungers. Starting at 3pm, our floating bartenders come to you in the Adult Pool, ready to serve up freshly shaken watermelon juice, tequila and more. Every day by our three-tiered pool is bound to be a great one—especially with the help of Chileno Bay’s Pool Concierge. Whether it’s your first day on vacation and you need assistance with reserving a bungalow or cabana to enjoy a more exclusive area of the pool, or you want to arrange a poolside birthday party for your little one, our Pool Concierge can assist to make each moment special. Our team is trained to anticipate guests’ needs, whether it’s for more dry towels or sunblock, and can also work with pool servers and bartenders on snack and drink orders. We can also arrange for post-pool fun, from reserving a table with prime views at our open-air restaurant YAYA, or scoring a last-minute treatment at our Forbes Five Star-rated spa. You’ll never have to leave the comfort of your perfectly shaded lounger—unless it’s for a dip in the water.
