Commodore Perry Estate offers a flat venue fee for events of any size.

Larger Celebrations

For larger celebrations, over 50 people, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, beautiful custom tables for dining, dining chairs, lounge furniture and bars, along with the amenities below:

  • Event setup and breakdown
  • Event staffing

Intimate Celebrations

Our wedding specialists are here to help you take the stress out of the planning process and allow yourselves to truly enjoy the sentiment of your ceremony. For weddings 50 guests or fewer, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, beautiful custom tables for dining, dining chairs, bars and the amenities below:

Our largest venue with space for up to 175 guests, 11,000 square feet of manicured grounds serve as the picture-perfect backdrop for your nuptials. Ideal for beautiful ceremonies, receptions or any other type of event, with or without a tent. Post-ceremony, you may also have the option of reserving our garden restaurant, Lutie’s – named for Estate matriarch Lutie Perry – for an indoor-outdoor reception or after-party in a pastoral setting.

Wedding Planner

We provide a dedicated event manager to assist with the details relating to the venue. A wedding planner will be involved at a much greater capacity. For your benefit and to ensure a seamless experience, a planner is required for all weddings at Commodore Perry and should be involved for a minimum of 3 months prior to the wedding.

Curated Menus

The Estate's custom menus exude Texan flair mixed with modern delicacies to amplify your event experience.

Furniture & Linens

Dining tables, cocktail tables, dining chairs, glassware, china, silverware, table linens and napkins are included in the facility rental fee.

Celebration Accommodations

If interested in a room block or resort buyout, please consult your Sales Manager and they will provide preliminary information. A room block is not required to host an event on-site.

Live Band or DJ

Amplified music is permitted inside the Chapel or Chapel Terrace only via a DJ or live band for wedding receptions. Acoustic music is permitted in our outdoor lawn areas.
