Commodore Perry Estate is a beautiful indoor/outdoor location for photo shoots. Brand photography requests must be reviewed and approved with at least four weeks' notice. Site fees start at $5,000 per shoot. Hotel rooms cannot be booked to be used as a shoot location for advertising or marketing campaigns. A member of our team must accompany the photographer in public spaces. Our guest and members' privacy is very important to us, we do not allow any photography or videography on premise except within private events. All personal photo shoots including but not limited to family portraits, graduation, engagement or bridal are not allowed.
