For three spectacular nights, delight in flame-kissed cuisine, natural wine and classic cocktails with Cara da Vaca. This epicurean takeover at Prospect Restaurant will showcase the regional cuisine of Chuy Villarreal – recognized as one of Mexico’s best by Food & Wine – with his evolutionary take on Monterrey's traditional carne asada. Guests will have the opportunity to experience some of their famed signature dishes such as the tacos tiesos, a dish inspired by tamales regios (northern-style pork tamales). Wine pairings will be brought to life by Wero Cham, founder of Vinos Boutique, highlighting unique Mexican vintners that will complement each bite.
