Join us as we welcome back the warmth of Baja to snowy Aspen from December 19-21, 2024. We’re thrilled for our family from Fauna to be returning for an epicurean takeover at Hotel Jerome. Recently awarded Best Restaurant in Mexico in the 2023 World’s Best Awards, Fauna is arguably the brightest star of the Valle de Guadalupe – one of the culinary world’s hottest destinations. Helmed by husband and wife team Chefs David Castro Hussong and Maribel Aldaco Silva – and named Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef in 2023 by The World’s 50 Best – Fauna is known for its farm-to-table philosophy and unique ever-changing menus that combine the best of Baja California with modern cuisine. Wine pairings will be brought to life by Wero Cham, founder of Vinos Boutique, highlighting unique Mexican vintners that will compliment each bite.
