This March, train side-by-side with 3x Hawaii IRONMAN World Champion and former course record holder Craig “Crowie” Alexander for the endurance sports experience of a lifetime. Swim, bike and run in triathlon’s most famous destination, guided by the sport’s most humble champion at the site of his greatest victories. Designed for athletes of all abilities, the camp’s emphasis is on learning critical triathlon skills. Whether you dream of qualifying for the Kona championship or simply want to immerse yourself in the spiritual center of triathlon, this camp is for you.

Meet Craig Alexander

Over his 21-year professional career, Craig “Crowie” Alexander logged over 100 wins, including the prestigious Hawaii IRONMAN World Championships in 2008, 2009 and 2011, while also achieving the 2x IRONMAN 70.3 World Champion title and 12x Australian championship. Craig resides in Sydney, Australia, with his wife and 3 children and is the recipient of the Order of Australia.

Swim

One-on-one swim stroke analysis for better open water performance. Training takes place at both the Mauna Lani Wellness Center & Tennis Club’s lap pool and the famous open waters of Kailua Bay.

Bike

Structured bike sessions for faster triathlon cycling. Ride along the scenic Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway, across the lava fields and volcanic landscapes to Hawi.

Run

Learn efficient brick workouts for stronger and faster run splits. Experience the solitude of running through the Natural Energy Lab.


Strengthening

Improve performance and prevent injuries with core strength exercises focused on ultimate triathlete performance.

Nutrition

Fuel the body to perform in all-weather conditions, especially those Kona is known for, a critical key for your foundation.

Itinerary

March 9-14, 2025

  • Sunday, March 9
    To kick off the camp, join the group for an athlete reception
  • Monday, March 10
    Fuel up for the day with breakfast on your own at Halani
    Sessions include core and strength training, a group run and swim, followed by lunch and a bike ride
    At the group dinner, benefit from an engaging presentation on structuring your training weeks, followed by a Q&A
  • Tuesday, March 11
    Start the day with a nutritious breakfast at Halani (included) before a presentation on open-water workouts
    Put your new knowledge into practice with an open water swim in the resort bay
    Enjoy a savory lunch before biking to Hawi with SAG support
  • Wednesday, March 12
    Delight in a delicious breakfast during a presentation on “Crowie’s bricks"
    Sessions include core and strength training, a group swim, followed by lunch and a bike/run brick session.
  • Thursday, March 13
    Eat a hearty breakfast before departing to Kailua Bay for an open-water swim, followed by a visit at Energy Lab for a run
    During lunch, enjoy a presentation on race management
    Pack up the bikes before the closing dinner
  • Friday, March 14
    Before camp concludes, opt for one more run or swim before breakfast
