Pilates Retreat with Visiting Master Chelsea DeLay
Join certified pilates instructor Chelsea DeLay (Studio Boa) for a signature two-night retreat at Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection. Chelsea’s style of athletic pilates centers around small group and private movement sessions for the form-focused. Expect a mix of vigorous mat work combined with wind-down sessions, a group hike, and nourishing, family-style meals.

About Chelsea DeLay
Offering nearly a decade of fitness experience, Studio Boa founder Chelsea DeLay is a 500+ hour certified pilates instructor and a licensed personal trainer. She holds additional areas of expertise in sport-specific training, pre- and post-natal pilates and fitness, endurance running, and hyper-mobility.
Chelsea teaches to an inclusive roster of professional athletes, goal-oriented clientele, celebrities, and fellow movement professionals. She has taught and consulted for studios across the country, was the first lead instructor at Forma Pilates LA and NYC, and also co-created the Pilates Rise signature format for Equinox Gyms.
