The Experience
You’re going whale watching, so pack your camera and binoculars for an exhilarating adventure. Our groups are the smallest in Cabo, with as few as six people per boat and a dedicated marine biologist. We’re respectful of the whales while still getting close enough that you’ll feel the splash as their tails slap the water and capture vivid action shots. Keep your eyes peeled, and you may even spot dolphins and sea lions. Cabo is one of the world’s best places to do so, as humpback and gray whales make the annual 10,000-mile journey from Alaska to mate and give birth in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez.
- Duration: 2 hours off property
- Includes transportation, light snacks, and water
- Various boats are available depending on the size of the group
I’ve experienced many beauties, but whale watching was one of the most memorable ones. Incredibly mesmerizing. Jorge Varela Guest Director of Restaurants, Esperanza

We booked a private tour for our family of 4 with 16 and 12 year old kids. We were met spot on time by Lisa our guide who is a qualified marine biologist and hence very knowledgeable and friendly. We initially found a mother humpback and calf but soon the area became over run with boats which Lisa felt was stressing the whales so we moved away which I was really happy about. We had a fast boat and were able to go far out from the shore to find more whales in a much quieter setting. Overall truly professional and enjoyable trip I would recommend 100%.

This is a five star company, who showed us all a very nice time! They went out of their way to make sure we saw whales and I was impressed with their extensive knowledge. They gave us information about whales and conservation efforts. Our entire crew was outstanding!
