Experience our signature wellness retreat dedicated to movement, relaxation, and recovery. Celebrity fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins joins Halehouse for a one-day retreat that explores everything from breathwork to cardio, including her 600 calorie burner cross training workout blending cardio drills, kickboxing combinations, strength training, and more.

Founder and president of The Hollywood Trainer LLC, Jeanette inspires millions to lead healthier lives through live workouts, recipes, and meal plans, all while cultivating a robust community in the spirit of wellness.
Halehouse Instructor | Nicole Zanetell Hall
From chanting “om” in her bunk bed as a child to receiving her 100-hour advanced Bhakti Yoga training in 2019, yoga is a common thread in Nicole’s life. Born and raised in Napa Valley, Nicole is a seasoned yoga instructor with two decades of teaching and various certifications, including a 500-hour certification and two 200-hour certifications.
Halehouse Instructors | Matt Kathol & Tessa Mini
Matt Kathol and Tessa Mini are co-owners of Napa-based fitness studio Bare Health and Fitness. With more than 40 years of combined experience in wellness, Matt and Tessa have experience teaching postural analysis, personal training and therapeutic stretch and strengthening. Matt also specializes in professional athletic programs, ergonomics and occupational safety work programs while Tessa has a knack for nutritional programming.
