The Experience

In this hands on class, guests make a seasonal pie with the owner of Magpies on Pink Street in Andes, NY. Begin by gently working the dough and making that perfect crust shape and edging. Slice seasonal fruit and add local flavor to the filling before creating a decadent crumble topping. While your individual pie bakes, enjoy a sweet slice of pie baked by Maggie while she shares her recipe for the perfect pie crust and shows additional topping decorating techniques. Each guest leaves with their own personal pie to enjoy or gift to friends and family.
