  • Mala Making Meditation | Receive step-by-step instruction through the detailed making of your Mala necklace, as you infuse each bead and knot with the love, joy, and beauty of your personal intentions.
  • Walking Forest Bath | Savor the sights, sounds, and smells of nature; allowing the body to relax and mindfulness totake hold.
  • Instrumental Flow | Feel into the flow of postures while accompanied by beautiful instrumental sounds and conclude with a peaceful meditation.
