Day 1

Mid-Day Arrival

After settling into your accommodation, jump in your swimwear and head to TnT, our Tacos and Tequila shack by the pool. Nothing says welcome to Mexico, than a fresh guac and tacos. We recommend the al pastor tacos (pork, cilantro and pineapple). The team has amazing mocktails too.

Discover the best spot for snorkeling at the H20 Cave. Explore marine life right off of the beach. Our crew will point out the most exhilarating locations to see colorful fish and sea urchins. Our professional crew can help you choose from our wide selection of state-of-the-art water sports equipment—all complimentary, of course.

Evening

Dine on fresh ceviches and aguachiles at COMAL Bar. You can also taste delicious bar favorites like duck carnitas sopes. A sope is a thick tortilla made with blue corn that is placed in a Comal and then sautéed in duck fat. The duck carnitas are served over the sope and garnished with a plum, peach, jicama and radish slaw. Topped with orange and Manzano pepper. This is a dish inspired by the south of Mexico and Peru.

Take a healthy modern cocktail class, where you will learn from the benefits of herbs and hydrosols to mix up your own dry cocktail. Our mixologist will blindfold you to aid exploration of the different aromas picked from our botanical garden. Hydrosols are available at the Auberge Spa.

Day 2

Morning

Unwind whilst having breakfast at the Mirador Point with a 360 degree view of the beautiful Chileno Bay.

Jump in the pool.

Afternoon

Workout without leaving the pool with a stand up paddle yoga class. Start with a meditation, then, after getting warm with a few sun salutations, we jump on the boards. Get outside, soak the sun, laugh in the water as you practice. Don't forget your sunblock.

Pick your favorite sun lounger and fill up on greens and proteins with a lunch from our Pool Grill. We suggest the quinoa & green mixed salad with Poblano peppers, beets, feta, sweet potato and orange.

Visit our Auberge Spa. Look out for our ale vera amenities which are perfect to refresh and hydrate the skin after a day under the sun. Visit the spa at least 1 hour prior to your treatment to complete the Spa Journey. The journey starts with a mist alcove, steam room, ice fountain, salt inhalation room and a reflexology pool.

Reserve one of our three Cultural Treatments, inspired by three of our most prominent indigenous cultures in Mexico. The Aztec healing ritual has a clay mask, the Mayan harmony ritual involves Rebozo stretching and the Kayaumari Huichol restorative ritual features a cactus body mask.

Evening

Savor sustainable red snapper with roasted fingerling potatoes at COMAL. The sauce is inspired by a traditional sauce from the Veracruz state in Mexico.

Day 3

Morning

Grab a delicious breakfast burrito or a fruit salad at El Molino Coffee Shop. Ask the barista for an iced cinnamon coffee; it's a morning favorite.

Charge up your camera for a seven-hour experience on the road less traveled - where the old Baja lifestyle remains intact at Sierra la Laguna, a natural reserve area in the middle of the desert. Swim in natural hot springs and hike to small a waterfall that cascades into a natural pool.

Learn about endemic flora and fauna as well while visiting the town of Santiago.

Afternoon

Prepare your own tortillas with help from the experts at Rancho El Refugio in San Dionisio Canyon. Although there is a set menu, you can call in advance to inform them about allergies.

Receive a Shaman's Blessing with an ancient Mexican ritual at El Mirador Point. Plan this experience right before sunset to truly enjoy the colors of Cabo's famous skyline, and boost your energy fields with the last sun rays.

Evening

There is no better way to complete an entire day connecting with our heritage than dining under the stars in La Playita. Chef has curated a list of different items with fresh and organic ingredients to mix and match for the perfect menu. Must be reserved 24 hours in advance.

Indulge in a guilty pleasure. Set a bonfire and enjoy s'mores as your dessert.

Day 4

Morning

Watch the sunrise overlooking the ocean, hike up the hill next to our resort, or jog by the Chileno Bay public beach for a morning warm up.

Wake up your belly with Jocoque avocado toast with avocado, arugula, preserved Meyer and lemon. You can add salmon.

Take a private fitness class to personalize your road to total well-being. Our skilled instructors may assist you as well with nutritional tips or training routines to continue your fitness regimen when you return home.

Afternoon

Ask your server for a selection of smoothies to refuel after your workout.

Head to the Spa bungalow for a poolside massage.

Evening

On the way to Floras Farms ask your driver to drive you around and stop for a walk around the galleries in downtown San Jose del Cabo. Stop to buy a traditional and super fresh popsicle from "La Tropical," a little shop on the main square that has served popsicles since 1966, a local tradition. Our favorite is the red currant one.

Savor a dinner at Flora Farms. Their menu is seasonal, with some permanent classics. We love their fried chicken and handmade pizza, but all their products are grown onsite.

Day 5

Morning

Close a weekend of total wellbeing with beach bootcamp

Return for one last meal at COMAL Restaurant. Try the chilaquiles with red or green salsa, queso fresco, red onion, sour cream and cilantro.

Departure from Chileno Bay
