Annual Commodore Perry Estate Festival
Start the holiday season with the Mansion Lighting Festival, our Estate holiday tradition featuring festive art, our Estate Garden luminary walk, holiday music, holiday cocktails and crafting for the kids. Enjoy live music before the immersive, holiday illumination of the side of the Mansion created by Texas-based artist duo, Anderson + Kincaid. Enjoy a selection of holiday cocktails, s’mores around the fire, festive holiday snacks, and more at the Mansion as it transforms into a winter wonderland for the evening.

The Experience
This year’s festive art projection features exclusive artwork from Texan visual artists Anderson + Kincaid created to illuminate the facade of our original 1928 mansion. Guests will be able to enjoy the lighting each Friday of the month.
