The perfect roadside bar, recently renovated but still authentic to the original build, remains to be Mattei's most popular hangout. The beverage program focuses on progressive yet approachable historically inspired cocktails, with local craft beers, a thoughtfully curated wine list and a menu of bar snacks that range from bite size to hearty.

A desirable coffee and bakery concept, Felix Feed & Coffee is everything you want your beloved neighborhood cafe to be. The perfect venue for a light breakfast or easy all-day dining, it enlivens the signature rooms of the Tavern. Named for Mattei’s original owner, the European-style coffee bar hosts expert baristas and bakers, offering excellent espresso alongside fresh-baked pastries, sweets and bread.

The Shed
Tucked away amongst the olive trees for which the town is named, The Shed is the ultimate poolside bar – sophisticated in spirit but ultimately relaxed with excellent service. A quiet respite at the center of the property, the menus are fresh and approachable; everything you’d want to eat poolside is served.

Gin's Tap Bar
A curiosity hidden within the grounds of Mattei’s, visitors are led by scent to this small-but-mighty tap bar and smokehouse. Paying homage to Gin, the longtime chef of the original Mattei’s who was of Chinese descent, the tap bar lends incredible zing to the novel menu that juxtaposes traditional ranch smoking techniques with the flavors of Shanghai.
