Day 1

Celebrate the local and historical tranditions of Gin's Tap Bar. Grab a seasonal glass of wine or beer on tap paired with bao buns or duck wontons.
4PM | Family Games on the Hartley Lawn
Spend a relaxed afternoon playing lawn games, rosemary-infused housemade lemonade in hand.
6PM | Dinner at The Tavern
Dine on ranch-inspired California cuisine driven by grilled dishes and fresh, locally harvested ingredients – many of which come straight from Mattei’s on-site garden.
Day 2
11AM | Tour a Llama Farm
Visit Zaca Creek Ranch for a family friendly adventure. This up close and personal tour will allow you direct access to their llamas, alpacas, and several other of the farm animals.
12:30 PM | Lunch at Bell's
Enjoy one of the most coveted dining experiences in wine country: a three-course lunch by chefs Daisy and Greg Ryan of the critically acclaimed Bell's.
4PM | Side-by-Side Massage
Reconnect to what’s most important – your well-being, and one another – with The Barn Duo, a side-by-side 80-minute massage treatment of your choice followed by seasonal snacks, local chocolates and sparkling wine.
7PM | Dinner at Bar Le Côte
Take the pedicab into charming Los Olivos for dinner at Bar Le Côte, a stylish seafood tavern run by Per Se alums Daisy and Greg Ryan.
9PM | Mattei's Motion Pictures
Grab a snack box of candy and cozy up next to the fire while you watch old Westerns that have historical ties to Mattei's.
Day 3
8AM | Breakfast in Bed
Order in a fun breakfast in bed – perhaps a Hangtown Fry with fried oysters and Rancheros Eggs with avocado crema for the adults, and Wagon waffles for the pequeños.
11AM | Yacht to the Channel Islands
Venture to the stunning Channel Islands by private yacht. Focus on relaxation or fun on this full-day private experience, curated just for you and your family. Enjoy a private catered lunch in a picturesque spot of your choice.
6PM | Dinner at Gin's Tap Bar
After your adventurous day, relish a relaxed meal at Gin’s that centers on traditional ranch techniques.
8:30PM | Old-School S'mores
Cozy up around your outdoor firepit and roast a variety of s'mores from our local partner, Jessica Foster Confections, in fun flavors from such as citrus key lime.
Day 4
8AM | Breakfast at The Tavern
Start your morning with a leisurely breakfast of our “green” rice with a deep-fried egg or keep it simple with house-made granola and seasonal fruit.
10AM | Private Pool Cabana
Perfect poolside pleasures with a private cabana for your family. Snack from the fresh crudité cart, keep cool with signature beverages, and savor a poolside lunch all from the comfort and privacy of your cabana. Enjoy half-day access to your private space with freedom to come and go as you please.
3PM | Infuse Your Own Olive Oil
Learn about the history of olive groves and artisanal olive oil production in Los Olivos, and infuse your own bottle of olive oil with fresh ingredients from Lucy’s Garden.
6PM | Golden Hour Trail Ride
Channel the spirit of the cowboys of yesteryear and journey through the rolling hills on horseback against a perfect sunset.
7:30PM | Private Picnic Dinner
After horseback riding, come back to a beautifully arranged private picnic for you and your family on the Oak Lawn.
Day 5
8AM | Breakfast at The Tavern
Keep it sweet on your last morning with steel cut oats with caramelized bananas and lemon ricotta griddle cakes.
10AM | Tour Los Olivos
Explore the low-key charms of Los Olivos, and visit its tasting rooms, breweries, retail shops and galleries.
