Join us on Wednesdays in the Tap Room to discover the culinary team’s seasonal honey infusion, where herbs and spices like spruce and fir, anise and almond blossom, are used to enhance the flavor of the honey. Our bartenders will whip up a specialty cocktail inspired by the infusion, and you’re invited to take home a mini jar of it as a memory of your stay.
