Heidi Barrett | La Sirena

Heidi Barrett has made many of the Napa Valley’s most sought-after and cult classic wines. Known as the "First Lady of Wine", she is best known for her perfectly balanced, elegant, and ageworthy Cabs (including Screaming Eagle from 1992-2006 and Dalla Valle from 1989-1995), and has gained an international following for her winemaking skill and artistry across many different varietals. Her own label, La Sirena, was started in 1994, and she is currently the winemaker at Amuse Bouche, Fantesca, Paradigm, and Lamborn.

Rosemary Cakebread | Gallica

Rosemary has earned her reputation for excellence quietly. She is known for making distinct wines notable for restraint and elegance. From early cellar jobs to a winemaking position with Spottswoode Vineyard and Winery, Rosemary has built her career around a love for wine. She considers herself “a student of aromatics” and shared that learning about the different aromatics that go into the compounds to make perfume has informed her winemaking, and the name of her own wine, Gallica, is a product of that.

Celia Welch | Lindstrom

As one of North America's most highly regarded winemakers, Celia Welch has earned a reputation for her winemaking artistry and her commitment to crafting wines that embody the essential character of great vineyards. She has developed an acclaimed winemaking style noted for its emphasis on maintaining the purity and flavor of great fruit. A sought-after consulting winemaker, Celia's portfolio of clients has included top wineries such as Scarecrow, Corra, D.R. Stephens, Staglin Family Vineyard, and Hartwell Estate. Celia was named Food & Wine Magazine's 2008 Winemaker of the Year.
